Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete your Konvoy account and associated personal information, you may submit a deletion request by email.

What Happens After Your Request

• We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days.
• Once your identity has been reasonably verified, we will complete the deletion process within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain information.

What Will Be Deleted

Subject to applicable legal requirements, we will delete or permanently deactivate personal information associated with your account, including:

• Your account profile
• Name
• Email address
• Profile picture
• Google account ID (if you signed in with Google)
• Facebook account ID (if you signed in with Facebook)
• Login associations with Google or Facebook
• Newsletter subscriptions linked to your account, where applicable
• Other personal information stored for your account that is no longer required

Information That May Be Retained

Certain records may need to be retained where required by Philippine law, including records necessary for:

• Tax compliance
• Accounting
• Financial reporting
• Fraud prevention
• Legal claims or dispute resolution
• Other legal or regulatory obligations

Any retained information will be kept only for the period required by applicable law and only for those lawful purposes.

Revoking Google or Facebook Access

Deleting your Konvoy account does not automatically remove the permissions you previously granted to Google or Facebook. You may separately revoke Konvoy’s access at any time through your account settings with the relevant provider.

Google. Visit your Google Account settings, open Security, then Third-party apps with account access, and remove Konvoy if it appears.

Facebook. Visit Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove Konvoy if it appears.

Revoking access prevents future authentication through that provider but does not automatically delete data already held by Konvoy. If you also want your Konvoy account and associated data removed, please submit an Account Deletion Request using the process described above.
